Maralyt Villalpando earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from The University Of  Texas at San Antonio. With encouragement from friends and family, Maralyt, join the Villalpando Network Group in 2018. Maralyt is an associate with our sales staff and member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. We are fortunate and proud to have Maralyt associated with our sales staff. In her free time, Maralyt, loves to travel to new places and she loves a good cup of coffee from a local coffee shop.  She also runs a local closing gift company for real estate agents in South Texas.
