Marlene Valdez earned her Bachelor from The University Of Texas at San Antonio in Business Administration Degree in Management with an International Business Concentration. Marlene is the lead manager of our Property Management department. Her focus is on delivering strong financial results, cost-saving strategies, and excellent customer service.  She has provided management services to a variety of different clients. Marlene is known for being a problem solver, relationship builder, and thought leader. She is a Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.  Marlene likes to spend time with her family and friends. She likes traveling the world and trying local pizza restaurants from different countries she visits.
